Ireland West Airport Knock has expanded its services to include over 20 international routes and embarked on an expansion programme which will provide the airport with the capacity to handle one million passengers by 2010. Coupled with this growth in airport services and traffic, the airport sees opportunities to create new enterprises arising from international aviation related services and from environmentally sustainable innovation and enterprise development.

This role demands an innovative person who can demonstrate a strong strategic, commercial and operational management track record of achieving profitable growth, combined with a passion to succeed. It also involves working with key stakeholders, regional development authorities and the Government at the highest level, to pursue our positive plans for the future. Candidates will be preferably educated to degree level or equivalent and a background in enterprise development or aviation would be an advantage, but is not essential.
