Terms and conditions

The Promoter is Connaught Airport Development Company ("the Promoter"), (registered number 78973) whose registered office is Ireland West Airport, Charlestown, County Mayo F12 P8P9
Clubs can enter as many team videos as they wish but only one kids team per club will be eligible to win the prize and only one childrens team per club will be shortlisted after stage 1 of the competition
Only club teams with participants aged up to under-16 level are eligible for entry
Always get express permission from anyone who will appear in your video, in its original form as submitted and also in any (derivative) form the ‘promoter’ may later make of the video consistent with these rules (for children under 18 this must be in written form from their parents). Parental consent should be sought and information provided on how and for what purpose images/videos will be used. You should have a consent form for parents to sign that establishes whether you have permission to use images or videos of their child. You can download a sample consent form by Clicking Here
The children are eligible to participate in a video only if they obtain their parents’ or legal guardians’ express permission to participate. Proof of express permission may be requested. parental consent should be sought and information provided on how and for what purpose images/videos will be used.
By entering or permitting childrens teams to enter, you understand that your/their entry (or portion thereof) may be (re-)posted online, in the promoters’ sole discretion, to be viewed by members of the general public.
When compiling videos please ensure all children or young people are appropriately dressed.
Ensure that video footage does not contribute to or expose children to embarrassment, distress or upset.
Any videos that feature offending material or language will not be eligible for the competition and will be removed immediately from the site. Don't post videos that encourage others to do things that might cause them to get badly hurt, especially children. Videos showing such harmful or dangerous acts will not be eligible to participate in the competition
Videos containing material which can be deemed as mean spirited will be taken down. No offensive or sensitive content is tolerated, that includes religious or anti/religious, racial, political, obscene, violent, or pornographic content.
Participation in this promotion is open to all amateur children’s clubs hereafter known as "Clubs". All Clubs must be based in the Republic of Ireland (ROI). The legitimacy of each Club will be checked by the Promoter and / or partner agency and will be decided at the sole discretion of the Promoter and / or partner agency. Only valid entry information will be accepted. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation.
Ireland West Airport will get full rights to the video(s) you submit. By submitting your entry to this competition, you grant the ‘promoter’ (jointly and severally) a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display each submitted entry, in any media including posting in an online gallery, publication(s), and various marketing materials, and with right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom, and agree to execute documents confirming such right and license at the ‘promoters ’ reasonable request
Participation in the promotion is acceptance of the terms and conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, indecipherable, corrupted or misdirected entries.
The filming or videoing of an illegal activity will automatically disqualify the applicant from this competition Do not film any criminal or other illegal activity, or provoke others to do something illegal on your film.

By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the campaign, you agree to your club(s) information being held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data protection legislation.
The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion.
Acceptance of the entry shall be construed as and signify the Clubs’ agreement and consent that the Promoter may use the Clubs information, for the purposes of this promotion only.
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into. Clubs entering this promotion consent to their Club details featuring on the www.irelandwestairport.com website(s) and other official Ireland West Airport online and social media channels.
Clubs entered into the competition may receive further correspondence via e-mail for the duration of the competition.
By entering the competition, the winning club agrees to send Ireland West Airport photos of their team and players in the sponsored kit for use on Ireland West Airport websites and official online and social media channels
The successful team(s) will be notified by email or telephone
The Promoter is not responsible in the event that the winner does not receive their prize as a result of having submitted an incorrect/incomplete address.
One winner per county will be selected from all valid entries received and receive a full kit consisting of jerseys, shorts and socks (up to a maximum of 25 players). There will be runners up prizes for the 2^nd and 3^rd placed teams in the competition
The airport logo will feature exclusively on all items of kit where applicable and no other sponsor logo will be permitted to appear on merchandise provided as part of this competition
The airport will liaise with the winning club to discuss final design and colour of kits
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or suspend the promotion at any time without giving advance notice
No substitutions or transfer of reward are permitted and there is no cash alternative available. Neither the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any reward or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any reward or participation in the promotion or any reward-related activities.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute and sole discretion, to withhold the prizes claimed by a Club if they are found to be tampering with the process or operation of the Promotion.
Note all videos will be removed from the site within 90 days of being first published but may be used at a later date online for promotional purposes
The Promoter reserves the right to: offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value to the current offer; amend these terms and conditions; or terminate the promotion at any time. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
This promotion does not confer any rights on entrants or Clubs to use any of the Promoter’s intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be held liable to the entrants for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the reward and/or promotion.
By entering this competition, including permitting your childrens team to enter this competition, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and are fully familiar with its contents, and give your consent pursuant to the Data Protection Act 2018 for the use of the retained videos and other relevant information .
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
